What we make
Five strap and film products are made in our own plant. Strapping machines are imported.
Made in our Karachi plant
Transparent PP strap
Clear polypropylene strapping band for securing cartons and heavy loads. Made from virgin PP with a higher melting point, in widths from 9 to 14 mm.
Made in our Karachi plant
Printed strap
PP strapping band with your name or logo printed along its length, so every carton carries your brand. Send your artwork as JPG or PDF.
Made in our Karachi plant
Customised strap
PP strapping band made to your own specification. Tell us the thickness you need and we make it to order.
Made in our Karachi plant
Stretch and wrap film
Stretchable plastic film wrapped around pallets and cartons to hold loads together and protect them from dust. We can cut it to custom widths.
Imported
Strapping machines
Machines that tighten and seal strapping band around a carton, either automatically or semi-automatically, instead of strapping by hand. Imported from China, with installation and operator training available.
A factory, not a trading counter
Crystal Packaging started in 2020 and began manufacturing in 2021. Today about 50 people work in our four-storey plant on 1,000 square yards in Korangi Industrial Area, and the factory runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We moved from supplying strapping band to making it ourselves so that we control the quality, the consistency and the supply of what we sell. When you order from us, you deal with the people who make it.

How we check our strap
Every coil is checked before it leaves the plant. Ask for a sample and test it on your own line before you place a bulk order.
Checks on every coil
Our production manager leads quality control. Each coil is checked for size, thickness, length, colour and build quality, measured with a vernier caliper.
